Temok.com Acceptable Use Policy
This AUP governs the use of Temok’s web hosting service. Violation will result in suspension or termination of the User’s service. In the event of a dispute between Temok and User regarding the interpretation of the AUP, Temok’s commercially reasonable interpretation of the AUP shall govern. By using Temok’s services, you agree that you will not publish or transmit any content that falls under the following parameters:

User must take reasonable security precautions. User must protect the confidentiality of password, and User should change your password periodically.
Bulk Commercial Email
User must obtain advance approval from Temok for any bulk commercial email. Approval will only be given based on the following parameters:
Users may not use a third-party email service that is in violation of these procedures. Temok reserves the right to test your compliance with these requirements.
You may not send any unsolicited email to any person who has indicated that they do not wish to receive it.
Material Protected by Copyright
User agrees not to publish or otherwise copy any work protected under copyright law unless:
If you are found to be in violation of this requirement, Temok reserves the right to terminate your service.
Please contact Temok if you believe that your copyright is being infringed by a person using the Temok network. Please provide reasonable information, including identification of the copyrighted work, contact information, and other details.
All users must have current information on file with their domain name registrar for any domain hosted on the Temok network.
Temok is under no duty, and does not by this AUP undertake a duty, to monitor or police our customers’ activities and disclaims any responsibility for any misuse of the Temok network.
User agrees not to engage in illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behavior, including:
Newsgroup, Chat Forums, Other Networks
You must comply with the rules and conventions for postings to any bulletin board, chat group, or other forum in which you participate.
